For IT service providers

Customer know-how doesn’t belong on the technician’s desktop.

Bring in old Word guides, organise them by customer, search every word — and open them in the network cabinet with a QR code.

No credit card · ends on its own · nothing gets deleted

From the desktop to the network cabinet.

  1. 01Bring it in

Upload old Word files, several at once. The wording stays as it was.

  2. 02Organise

One folder per customer, one template with your logo for everything that goes out.

  3. 03Find

One word is enough: search inside the content, across all customers, with the spot in the text.

  4. 04On site

The sticker in the network cabinet opens the approved guides for exactly this device.

What you need for it.

No construction kit, no add-on modules. Whatever your plan can do, it can do from day one.

Word file in, guide out

Word, Markdown, plain text or pasted from OneNote and Confluence. Before saving, you see a report.

Search inside the content

Every step in every folder. Hits sorted by folder — that is, by customer.

QR code on the device

One sticker, several guides. Read without an account, with an access code if you like. You print the labels straight from SkriDoc.

from Business
Share links

Give a customer a guide via link, without them needing an account. Switch it off with one click.

from Pro
Your template, your logo

The PDF and the Word document for the customer look like your company.

Redact on the image

Password, IP address, serial number: blank them out right on the screenshot.

Try it yourself

Scan the sticker.

This isn’t a picture of a QR code, it’s a real station. Point your phone at it, enter the access code and you’ll read two published SkriDoc guides. The demo guides are in German.

  1. 01Open the camera and point it at the code.
  2. 02Enter the access code — that’s how you protect your own stations, too.
  3. 03Read the guide, without an account and without an app.

For IT service providers, Business is the right fit: QR codes on devices and a shared team. If you work alone, Pro with share links and your own template is enough.

Questions we hear a lot.

Can I give the guides to my customer?
Yes. As PDF or Word in your template, or from Pro as a share link that you can switch off at any time. The customer doesn’t need an account.
Whoever scans the code in the server room — do they see everything?
No. A sticker only opens the approved guides you have assigned to that station. Never drafts or comments. With an access code, only those who know it can read.
Our old guides contain passwords. Now what?
Before saving, the import shows a report and flags passages that look like passwords with “Please check”. On images, you redact directly in the editor.
And if we hand over a customer?
One click, everything as a ZIP: guides as PDF, images in original size, texts as Markdown. On every plan.
